Benchmark Recruitment Jakarta is part of the Benchmark Group of Companies, with a focus on recruitment in the oil and gas business sector in Indonesia. Benchmark Recruitment currently recruits nationals for a number of Oil & Gas companies in Indonesia

1. Accountant

Requirement:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting
• Min. 2 years of experiences
• Understand PSAK and US GAAP and having knowledge of IFRS
• Having experience with account reconciliation
• Understand Indonesia tax law
• Good English skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Preferably experience with integrated accounting system such as JDE or SAP
• Hands on to operation matter and attention to detail
• Fast learner and able to work under-pressure
• Fixed assets and/inventory experience under finance, strong accounting knowledge ie double entries with local/Indonesian GAAP knowledge

2. Human Resource Manager

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree, any field
• Minimum 5 years of working experiences as HR Generalist
• HR Certification
• Having international experiences working within the Oil Service sector
• Speak English fluently• Very familiar and conversant with Employment Legislation & Manpower Dept. requirement
• Experience and ability to assess Human Resource dept. needs and or changes as required.
