Our client, a MNC company with product of instrument, electronic, etc equipment for major industry like manufacture, oil & Gas seeking for Sales Engineer with details:
To achieve the stated sales target for the territory. To develop plans to increase the business in future years including premier customer relationship management.
•To be the sales office contact for customers dealing with their enquiries.
•Provide all MTL customers within assigned industry/region with an excellent service and response time, ensuring accurate information is conveyed at all times.
•Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
•Visit Accounts to maximise the sales of our complete product range.
•Whilst dealing with existing and potential customers identify new opportunities and promote the complete product range to ensure that the sales target is met.
•To identify and develop new accounts.
•Convert competitive accounts to MTL.
•Generate monthly sales reports.
•Work closely with and support the Regional Account Managers.
•Co-ordinate and complete large project quotations (technical & commercial terms).
Skills, Experience and Competencies
•Ideally will have a related Degree (e.g. Electronics, Electrical)
•Technical expertise within related industry is essential enabling a good understanding of product ranges and solutions.
•Effective Negotiation and Influencing Skills – able to convince the customer that purchasing products/ solutions will bring them a good return on their investment.
1.This person would need to be technically capable in electrical, as there will be many on site and hands on supporting role he would need to be involved other than just sales number alone.
2.The person would also need to be independent.
3.The person should also be well familiar with the Oil & Gas market
