We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. Engineer – Mining / Mine Planning (735276)

Responsible for:
– To provide mine planning services and technical support for the mining operation and tender preparations;
– Ensure current operations have state of the art plans in place and that they are being followed;
– Provide qualitative and quantitative data of the reserve and manipulate reserves to account for mining practices, mining method and selectivity, handling, blending and transport coal, create and maintain a schedule database in Xpac/Excel for excavation and dump sequences, define the equipment and time resources required for the mine and report on requirements;
– Produce scheduling outputs for clients, provide mine planning inputs for tendering new business;
– Liaise with clients and estimating to provide necessary data for pricing.

To be successful in this role you will need:
– Graduated from mining or geological engineering;
– Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential;
– Minimum of 2 years experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering;
– Have Pratama certification – Mine and Energy Department is preferred.

2. Senior Supervisor – Travel (735154)

Responsible for:
– Assist Supply Chain Superintendent in providing support for travel arrangement and in accordance with corporate agreement, company s policy and timely manner;
– Maintain the quality of service provided; comply with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations and statutory obligations at all times.

To be successful in this role you will need:
– S1 degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Communication or Marketing;
– Minimum 5 years experience as Travel Coordinator and 2 years in leading and managing people;
– Knowledge of travel management, airline schedule and travel arrangement exposure;
– Hands on in Microsoft Office, TROS application system;
– Highly motivated, service oriented and good teamwork; and fluent in English – spoken and written.

3. Senior Supervisor – ICT Support (733944)

Responsible for:
– Provide day to day supervision for helpdesk and support team;
– Offer additional support to staff when dealing with particular complex problem;
– Maintain the quality of service provided;
– Lead and develop team members;
– Coordinate audit (stock take) of TCI hardware and software;
– Provide regular and adhoc reports on system performance as required.

To be successful in this role you will need:
– S1 in Computer Science, Information Technology;
– Minimum 5 years experience in relevant ICT roles such as helpdesk, customer service center or call center environment;
– Advance knowledge of PC function essential;
– Knowledge of helpdesk package software and reporting software e.g. Crystals Reports preferable;
– Able to train ICT staff on relevant technologies to help them understand and support TCI system effectively;
– Have strong leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential;
– Highly motivated, service oriented and good teamwork; and fluent in English – spoken and written.

4. Coordinator – Transport (735069)

Responsible for:
– Assist to coordinate employees transport who using the bus and man hauls;
– Arrange delivery of light vehicles / man hauls for inspection and commissioning to workshop as per schedule;
– Control and ensuring all of the bus inspected and commissioned as per schedule;
– Lead organize and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results;
– Actively contribute to appositive teamwork environment.

To be successful in this role you will need:
– Minimum Senior High School, with minimum of 1 years experience as leading hand mining and has understanding in transport operational;
– Understand community issue that can effect to operational activities;
– Have excellent communication skills-written & verbal English and Bahasa Indonesian;
– Act decisively, team player, and can work under pressure situation.

5. Senior Supervisor – Mining (735274)

Responsible for:
– Coordinating all supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter-burden and coal in a safe;
– Effective manner on time and within budget (cost & production) in an area responsibility;
– To coach and lead supervision in their roles;
– To lead, organize, and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance and HSE outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will need:
– A minimum of 5 years professional experience in large open cut mining operation of which at least two years in production/service supervision/ management role;
– High school graduated;
– Having mining heavy industry experience is essential ; and have “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy Department is preferred.
