We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. SURVEYOR

Conducts surveys at surface and subsurface mine sites to implement mine design and obtain data used in planning mining operations including monitoring recovery, productivity and submission of progress claims align with company’s policies and rules.

Requirements:

1. Min. 2 years experiences as a surveyor,
2. Able to operate mining survey equipment,
3. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements,
4. Good communication skill,
5. Willing to be placed in all project.

Responsibilities:

1) Collect and develop survey data and maintain the database to ensure the accordance with the set of standard procedures and systems.
2) Conduct field surveys in good time and accurately determine quantities necessary for the submission of monthly progress claims.
3) Coordinate and liase with both Mining Engineering and Operations to ensure that mine designs are being properly implemented in the field.
4) Collect acurate daily survey and download data into the computer to ensure datas are interpreted accurately by the Survey Draftsman.
5) Use and maintain survey software in order to ensure efficiency in survey activities.
6) Coach and mentor Survey Assistant and provide them with skills in order to collect the survey pick-ups in the absence of a Surveyor.

2. SITE ENGINEERING MANAGER

Plan, control and monitor mining operation performance and liaise with Project Managers to foster an efficient mining operation through competent Technical & Engineering skills and disciplines.

Requirements:

1. Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software (Surpac, MineScape & XPAC),
2. Min 8 years experience and Bachelor degree in mining engineering,
3. Prepared to be based in remote locations, as required,
4. Excellent communication both in English and Indonesian,
5. Outstanding analysis skills,
6. Excellent MS Office skills.

Responsibilities:

1) Ensure all mine plans are completed in accordance with the mining contract terms and conditions.
2) Relieve for the Project Manager while they are on leave in order to lead mining operations.
3) Monitor mining operation performance and liaise with the Project Manager and site engineering staff to foster efficiencies through competent Engineering services skills and disciplines.
4) Audit the project engineering departments to ensure quality systems, procedures and resources are effectively implemented.
5) Manage the collation of the site Project Monthly Report (PMR) templates and MIS targets and review daily, weekly and monthly production and cost information in order to seek business improvement initiatives.
6) Coach and mentor technical support staff in order to make them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts and in readiness for assuming more responsibility.

3. SENIOR MINING ENGINEER

Monitor, control and supervise mining staff and resources in order to produce systems and procedures that effectively support the mining operations in achieving performance within budget.

Requirements:

1. May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements,
2. Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering,
3. Min. 3 years experiences as a Mining Engineer,
4. Fluent in English, written and verbal,
5. Willing to be placed in all company s locations.

Responsibilities:

1) Prepare, analyze and adjust data of production, record details of the day s work on a daily report pad in order to establish project performance report.
2) Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works.
3) Review client specifications, drawings and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented.
4) Complete daily timesheets, including activity descriptions and cost codes, for each person and, where required, plant item under his responsibility.
5) Prepare data of real/ technical cost, liaise with surveyor in calculate mining reserve from drilling for project analysis purpose.
6) Coordinate requisition for small tools and consumable materials as required in order to provide site operations support.
7) Identify hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.

4. SENIOR MINING ENGINEER – CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
(Placement : Balikpapan)

• Manage, control and give required direction for mining engineers (continuous improvement) on sites to ensure mining improvement processes and tasks are in line with organization goal.
• Ensure continuous improvement techniques and methods in order to identify, prioritize and implement opportunity for improvement in mining project are established.

Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor Degree preferably in Mining, Civil, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,
2. Min. 5 years working experience in an open-cut coal mining,
3. Strong computer skills, preference is competent using statistical software application such as MINITAB,
4. Strong on analytical (multi variance data) skills,
5. Good communication and presentation skills,
6. Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead change.

Responsibilities:

1) Promotion of HSE programs targeting zero work related injuries and illnesses.
2) Coordinate with site Mining Engineers (Continuous Improvement) to ensure improvement processes and implementations are running well on sites.
3) Work as a team with Mining Engineers (Continuous Improvement) to ensure operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solution which can be delivered to the project.
4) Work in a team and set up benchmarking criteria by which improvements can be measured.
5) To ensure a specific method/discipline to measure the gap between current process capabilities with the project s goals is developed and followed up.
6) To ensure systems to maintain the improvement processes are established, and adjust strategic action plans as required.
7) Coaching, mentoring and facilitating subordinates in achieving target and project s goal.

5. IT SITE OFFICER

Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree major in Information Technology from a reputable university,
2) Min. 2 (two) years of demonstrated work experience in the same field,
3) Advance knowledge in Windows XP/Vista/7,
4) Good understanding in Windows File/Print NTFS Permission and Folder Sharing,
5) Good understanding in Corporate IT Infrastructure and Corporate IT Security,
6) Good knowledge in Dell/HP server, blade, and tape backup hardware,
7) Good knowledge of McAfee or Sophos Antivirus client,
8) Proactive and Consistent,

Responsibilities:

1) Monitor and maintain site IT system and infrastructure in order to maintain IT operation compliance with :
– Existing ISO.
– Microsoft Operation Framework (MOF).
– IT Governance Common Standards.
– IT Control Objectives for Sarbanes-Oxley.
– IT Security.
2) Conduct daily / morning check / monitoring of site s file / print server, server / blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system and logs the result on a dedicated ICT Portal site to ensure stable and greater reliability.
3) Monitor and maintain the health of site s file/print server, server/blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system in order to meet SLA requirements.
4) Conduct trends system incidents in recognizing problems, provide research, isolation, resolution and follow up to ensure all problems are fully corrected.
5) Maintain document backup report/log, patches and service pack update on a dedicated IGS portal site and periodically test backup in order to ensure reliability.
6) Develop and review appropriate system documentation and reporting for :
– Site / Project file & print server.
– Site / Project server, blade, tape backup.

6. INSURANCE ADMIN

Prepare and administer insurance register and application to ensure all company’s insurance document are well maintained and administered confirm with company’s insurance requirements.

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years experience in insurance industry preferably handling oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure engineering and construction industries,
• Strong administration and communication skills and experience,
• Proficiency in the use of Word and Excel and other mainstream computer tools,
• Experience in dealing with physical damage, third party liability and other insurance; dealing with claim settlement management; dealing with insurance queries, clients, third parties and individual cases; organizing payments, reconcile accounts and maintain the register; processes agents and brokers correspondence/documentation and determine actions to be taken; issues, receives and checks insurance application forms, policies and endorsements.

Responsibilities:

1) Administer insurance policies and maintain its register to ensure all insurances are registered.
2) Issue, receive and check insurance applications to ensure all insurance applications are adhere to the current company regulations and policy.
3) Administer the correspondence and any document in order to be sent or received from/to project and or insurers/insurance broker.
4) Maintain statistic data related to insurance matter – premium and loss, insurance terms and conditions comparison, for various report purposes.
5) Administer insurance payment register, notices of premium due, claim reimbursement and recovery damages settlement to ensure all payment are paid in timely manner.

7. DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER

Develop drill and blast designs, implement designs in conjunction with blasting sub-contractor and monitor drill and blast results, acknowledging inefficiencies and recommending changes accordingly to ensure high quality, cost effective and safe blasting occur.

Requirements:

1. Min Bachelor degree in Mining, Civil Engineering or Geologist with Class II Blaster Certificate,
2. Min. 2 years previous experiences in drilling & blasting,
3. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa, written & verbal,
4. Understanding applications of drill blast design and shot plus software,
5. Familiar with designing drill and blast, leading the team and explosives handling.

Responsibilities:

1) Develop, recommend and implement suitable strategies to provide optimal blasting solutions and improve blasting performance to operations.
2) Ensure the drilling plan is provided in a timely manner and the drill is working productively in the most cost effective and safe manner.
3) Coordinate blasting activities, lead and control blasting crew to ensure agreed mine plan is being followed.
4) Analyze and communicate drilling and blasting issues to short term engineer and mining operation in order to provide technical support to site based personnel.
5) Monitor and control drill and blast operations and activities in progress to ensure high standards of safety are always upheld.

8. CASH MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Assist Treasury Manager in panning, monitoring, and controlling cash flow requirement and working capital especially receivables to ensure that cash flow requirement and working capital are managed properly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance from reputable university,
• Min. 4 years experience in relevant field, preferably from banking industry,
• Experience in managing cash and short term investment, includes processing all cash transactions, daily cash reporting, funding/investments decisions and monthly cash forecasting,
• Familiar in MS Excel (min. intermediate level) and ERP system (EAM, Sun System),
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor cash flow requirements and working capital especially receivables.
2. Supervise the day to day activities of Account Receivable and its collection made are for the best interest of the company.
3. Provide the short-term financial requirements and maintain cash management programs.
4. Provide cash flow forecasting to ensure that a company s cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively.
5. Liase and maintain relationship with bankers to ensure continuous availability of funding lines.
6. Monitor bank facility for all cash & non cash transaction to ensure that continuous availability of facility lines.
7. Provide bank reconciliations to ensure that company s book is matched with the bank s.

10. BUSINESS ANALYST – MINING

Monitor, review and analyse factors that might impact mining business which cover detailed financial analysis relating to tenders, projects & capital purchases, the market environment, competitor analysis and operational performance in order to provide business line manager with accurate / current and concise analysis on any issue that could impact company s strategic business plan.

Requirements:

1. Excellent English skills – spoken, written and presentation,
2. Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organization,
3. Must be proficient in excel, power point and report preparation & presentation,
4. Ability to develop clear, concise and accurate report summaries,
5. Excellent business analysis skills and strong financial modeling skills,
6. Preferable to have worked with a world class International Corporation especially in mining/construction related companies,
7. Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Mining preferably with a foreign MBA – with strong case study experience,
8. Must be team oriented, self motivated and possess the ability to priorities work,
9. Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines,
10. May be required to travel to mining projects and overseas from time to time.

Responsibilities:

1) Research and develop clear/accurate and updated reports on the markets which company operates in order to identify all key indicators that could impact mining business line.
2) Establish and develop detailed financial models including sensitivity analysis on potential mining investment and tender to identify business targets/opportunities.
3) Review and analyze competitors market share, strategies, key people, performance and potential competitors to determine further mining strategic plan.
4) Monitor and support Mining Operations Manager in implementing strategic business development initiatives to ensure that business initiatives are well implemented.
5) Provide support and assistance in the development of annual mining budget process and prepare forecast as required to ensure budget & forecast are reasonable, consistent with the mining activity and accurate.
6) Compile, review and analyze project and business line reporting in collaboration with business line managers to ensure all reports are accurate in timely manner and seeking busines improvement initiatives.
7) Provide continuous improvement on current business strategy to enhance business line opportunities in pursuing business targets.
