Job vacancy Mining: PT Petrosea Tbk, 10 positions

1. FORMALITIES OFFICER

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree majoring in Law.
• Min. 2 years experience in relevant field.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Good computer skill especially in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with government regulations,handling permits and licenses, good knowledge of company licenses (such as TDP, SIUP/IUT, SKT, APIT, Masterlist, etc).
• Good understanding in handling the regular reporting to the government (such as BKPM and ESDM quarterly report, etc).

2. IT SITE OFFICER

Requirements:

1) Bachelor degree major in Information Technology from a reputable university.
2) Min. 2 (two) years of demonstrated work experience in the same field.
3) Advance knowledge in Windows XP/Vista/7.
4) Good understanding in Windows File/Print NTFS Permission and Folder Sharing.
5) Good understanding in Corporate IT Infrastructure and Corporate IT Security.
6) Good knowledge in Dell/HP server, blade, and tape backup hardware.
7) Good knowledge of McAfee or Sophos Antivirus client.
8) Proactive and Consistent.
9) Analytical problem solving skills.
10) Pleasant Personalities.
11) Strong reporting and technical writing skills.
12) Willing to provides 24/7 on-call production support and escalations for hardware, operating system or communication problems associated with system supported by group.
13) Willing to be placed in all company s site locations (in Kalimantan).

3. LOGISTIC AND WAREHOUSING ANALYST

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering.
• Min. 8 years experiences in Logistics & warehouse, preferably from Mining industry.
• Requires travel to Project Locations as required.
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Leading by example.
• Good reporting system.
• Work in detail, time manageable and traget oriented.

4. MEDICAL ADMIN STAFF

Requirements:

• Min. associate degree in Nurse / Insurance / Pharmacist.
• Attention to detail.
• Willing to work hard or stand by for 24 hours to be called, overtime and work out of the office/traveling.
• Attention to detail.
• Experienced in administrative task and duties especially in insurance, medical, or hospitalization admin

5. QUALITY ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Work Flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
• Min. 6 years experience in maintenance / equipment.
• Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering.
• Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.

6. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SUPPORT ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Work Flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
• Min. 5 years experience in maintaining operation system.
• Min. Bachelor degree, in mining/civil engineering.
• Understand and involve in maintaining ISO 9001 Certification.
• Experience in operating system, verifying the functionality, evaluate impact of system.

7. RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology, preferably Psychologist profession.
• Min 3 – 5 (three to five) years experiences in recruitment and staffing, especially in mining industry.
• Good command in English, both verbal and written.
• Deep knowledge in company s / mining business process.
• Good in analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to all sites time to time.

8. SENIOR COST CONTROL

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical/Mining engineering.
2. Min. 6 years experiences in mining projects.
3. Excellent knowledge of Financial Management System (budgeting, costing, forecasting).
4. Attention to details.
5. Good Communication skills.

9. SITE ENGINEERING MANAGER

Requirements:

1. Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software (Surpac, MineScape & XPAC).
2. Min 8 years experience and Bachelor degree in mining engineering.
3. Prepared to be based in remote locations, as required.
4. Excellent communication both in English and Indonesian.
5. Outstanding analysis skills.
6. Excellent MS Office skills.

10. TRAINING COORDINATOR

Requirements:

1. Willing to travel to all company s project locations.
2. Min. bachelor degree in any major.
3. Good English & Computer literate.
4. Min 5 years exp with operation training as trainer in mining.
5. Has strong exposure as a trainer for mining operation on project.
6. Has proficient knowledge about the mining process, from feasibility studies to mining services (pit to port).
7. Able to create own module / syllabus for sustainable program (Petrosea property right).
