PT Resindo Resources Indonesia is a project and technology specialist Indonesian company, employing dedicated and experienced personnel from Indonesia and the Asia Pacific Region.

We specialize in Consulting, Design, Project Implementation & Operational support for Mining & Minerals, Power Generation and Oil & Gas projects throughout Indonesia.

We are URGENTLY seeking candidates for an immediate start for the following positions:

1. Administration Officer

To be considered Candidates must possess the following attributes
• A Bachelor Degree or Diploma from a reputable University or Academy. A major in English Literature would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in an Administrative role in the Mining & Minerals, Power Generation, Oil & Gas or related Industry.
• Experience in handling large and detailed hard and soft copy files for multiple projects and tenders
• Must have initiative and willing to take on a wide variety of responsibility within the admin function.
• Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines and extended hours if and when required.
• An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.

2. Human Resources Officer

As HR Officer, you will be required to assist in the coordination of recruitment activity – writing & placing ads, assessing CVs, coordinating interview processes, reference checking, maintaining a candidate database – ensuring all relevant processes are optimized efficiently as possible.

You will also be expected to be involved in general HR administration and a variety of ad-hoc projects with the HR function.

To be considered Candidates must possess the following attributes:

• A Bachelor Degree in HR or Psychology from a reputable University.
• A minimum of 4 years experience within the HR Function of a Mining & Minerals, PowerGeneration, Oil & Gas or related industry company covering:
1. End to end recruitment, including maintaining a candidate database
2. Compensation & Benefits surveys and analysis
3. Policy and Procedure review and development
• Must have initiative, effective time management and organization skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
• An excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
