Receptionist – Jakarta

Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitor to employer or appropriate person.
  • Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate person.
  • May route incoming mail.
  • May assist with billing process for location.
  • May assist with account payable for location.
  • May act as custodian for local documents and records.
  • May assist in explaining administrative procedures and policies to workers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly

Requirements

  • Diploma in Administration or relevant
  • 0-1 year general clerical experience
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • General computer knowledge
  • Should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel

Tax Accountant – Jakarta

Requirements

  • Minimum GPA of 2,80
  • 1 – 2 years experience in handling tax
  • Tax Brevet A and B will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Fluent in e-SPT (DGT’s tax reporting program), MS Office (excel and words)
  • Well experienced in preparing necessary reconciliations (Corp Tax, VAT, WHT, Balance Sheet recon, etc)
Assets & Inventory Coordinator – Jakarta

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system, including:
  • Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
  • Report all hazardous and unsafe acts
  • Actively promote positive safety culture
  • Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system, including:
  • Compliance to work instructions.
  • Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
  • Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
  • Administers outgoing consumables and spare parts from workshop’s stores (DHS, ETR, some of WIS and welding shop materials)
  • Organizes the proper storage for inventories, consumables and spare parts (DHS, ETR, some of WIS and welding shop materials)
  • Verifies incoming/ purchased material based on the purchase order and packing list
  • Receiving and coordinates material requisition from Balikpapan and Duri
  • Updates daily inventory list (stock item) and prepares purchase requisition to maintain stock level Gets approvals and forwards the purchase requisitions to Purchasing
  • Preparing material delivery to Balikpapan, Duri and to the customer
  • Keeping the cleanliness of workshop’s stores and the material stored
  • Verifies and administers the returned materials (unused spare parts) based on the original
  • delivery ticket
  • Re-stocks the returned materials (unused spare parts)
  • Other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university major in Logistic/Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance & Accounting.
  • Having experiences min. 3 years at the same field.
QA/QC Supervisor – Balikpapan

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and directions to ensure management and the organisation has the tools and
  • the infrastructure required to perform a systematic approach to continual improvement in Quality
  • Assurance and Quality Control
  • Adhere to safety procedures and other policies (QHSE) in accordance with safety management system, health policy, environment policy and current government regulations. Including:
  • Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings
  • Report all hazardous and unsafe acts
  • Actively promote positive safety culture
  • Assist to apply any required permits to comply with the current government regulations
  • Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the ISO9002 (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
  • Compliance to work instructions.
  • Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances
  • Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
  • Assist to develop and implement company procurement policies and procedures
  • Supervision of all QA/QC activities including planning, promotion and organising of training

Requirements

Skill & Knowledge

  • Essential
  • 5 to 10 years experience leading and supervising QA and QC systems with track record of
  • successful implementation
  • Detailed understanding of QHSE processes and the mitigation of risk in all company

  • Must demonstrate basic principles and fundamentals of Quality Engineering, and Quality Assurance disciplines preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • 5 to 10 years experience and background with an oilfield service company
  • Project management experience

QHSSE Coordinator – Balikpapan

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of QHSE systems in line with international and company’s policy and procedures
  • Assist in the administration and maintenance of QHSE systems with particular focus on work/service instructions, corrective actions, audits and root cause analysis of deficiencies
  • Ensure all employees and elements of the business are in compliance with QHSE policies, procedures and relevant location legislation
  • Develop and implement specific QHSE project packages to meet client requirements
  • Actively develop and promote a proactive QHSE culture programs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety awareness programs, safety training, safety committee and safety meetings
  • Conduct regular QHSE audits and close out findings
  • Facilitate external audits from clients and certifying bodies
  • Assist with development of technical and competency based training systems
  • Review Client bids/tenders and contracts with regard to QHSE requirements and to assure that Weatherford meets the requirements, monitor the progress, allocate actions and close out customer non-conformance reports (CNCR’s)

QA/QC Coordinator – Balikpapan

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Quality Management System and ensure all paper work are completed
  • 100% Crane Inspection (includes inspection in the weekend and at night)
  • Inspect all incoming and outgoing equipments / tools
  • Review Quality Requirements in Purchase Request / Purchase Order before issuing PO to suppliers
  • Follow up outstanding Quality Documents from supplier upon receiving
  • Monitor and arrange for tools’ calibration
  • Coordinate and communicate our Quality Requirements with supplier
  • On-site inspection and witness upon request
  • Conduct supplier audit
  • Conduct quality related trainings

  • Has full knowledge with API Spec 7, 5CT, DS-1 and related oil and gas standard.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
  • Mature, independent resourceful and organized
  • 5 years in supervisory position, ideally within oilfield service company
